I would like to thank you and all the members of the insurance company for your quick and professional treatment of my son, after he fell and was hospitalized in a hospital in Malta. My son went on a trip together with his friends from the hostel for those with intellectual developmental disabilities, and unfortunately fell and needed hospitalization. Such an experience scares every person, and your quick mobilization to bring him back as soon as possible and with maximum comfort is worthy of appreciation and certainly contributed a lot to ease his condition. He arrived safely at Assaf Harofeh Hospital, and is currently awaiting further treatment. During my stay in India, I was injured in a car accident and needed urgent medical treatment. The injury was complex, painful and even more problematic because of my stay in India. My family members contacted the assistance center as soon as they learned about the accident and from the first moment they received a professional, efficient, quick and helpful response. I would especially like to mention Ms. Michal who works in your ranks, who helped us above and beyond what was expected of a service representative: Michal showed extraordinary kindness and sensitivity, took care of all the bureaucratic procedures with my family members in the most gentle and efficient way and was in continuous and daily telephone contact with me while I was hospitalized in the hospital in India. Moreover, and perhaps the most important thing, Michal showed extraordinary caring and humanity. Hospitalization is never a pleasant event, but when I was injured in a foreign country, where the hospital, its procedures, character and language are so different from what I am familiar with, Michal's help was a real lifesaver. The knowledge that there is medical support from Israel gave me peace of mind during the difficult days of noise that passed me by. Michal accompanied us from the moment of the accident, through telephone support at the hospital and throughout our stay in India until boarding the plane back to Israel. Needless to say, she even called and asked about my health after returning to Israel.
